Watch Blueprint’s latest CTV News segment from Sunday, May 31.

Corruption in international professional sports is nothing new. FIFA’s latest scandal includes the arrest of 14 high ranking organization officials for allegations of bribery. However, recent public scandals such as the State of Indiana’s Restoration of Religious Freedom Law, which Blueprint discussed in April, have seen unprecedented reaction from corporate sponsors and supporters.

During their recent interview on Sunday, May 31, CTV’s Amanda Blitz and Blueprint partner and co-author of Why Should I Choose You? Ian Chamandy discuss the recent scandal. Blueprint believes that while the world’s love of soccer is enough to keep FIFA’s brand afloat, its sponsors have everything to lose should they fail to respond quickly and forcefully. Learn what FIFA sponsors should do to come out of these allegations stronger than ever.
