Consumer guilt is rocking the worlds of Coke and Pepsi, while the vagaries of the car industry are leaving Oshawa and the auto union twisting in the wind.  Who these four organizations were in the past won’t save them from a disruptive future so “who” do they have to become in order to survive and thrive?
